Look to Cascade A & E for fast and professional servicing of your wide format scanning, printing, and copying equipment.
 
Our experienced team provides software and hardware support on most types of large format printing and scanning equipment. Every technician receives training from manufacturers such as Contex HP, KIP, Xerox, Seiko and Canon. Each technician is assigned accounts based on equipment type and geographical location. These "service territories" provide relationship based service, promote fast response times and a high level of support. Support can be provided through annual service agreements, service and supplies agreements or on a per call basis (time and materials). Our support includes on-site work and phone support.

We service the Northwest from Oregon and Washington to the Canadian border.
